Cancellation Policy

Failure to keep your scheduled appointments hinders our ability to provide the best care to you. In order to restrict missed appointments, We have implemented a STRICT "NO SHOW / Late Cancellation Policy". In the event, you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us email /text at least 24hrs - 48hr prior to an appointment. Anything LESS than 24hr - 48hr notice without a courtesy text/ email. WILL result in a full service fee charge. This will allow us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client. Thank you for letting us better serve you.

*NO SHOW FEE 100% of service cost.
