Cancellation Policy

Failure to keep your scheduled appointments hinders our ability to provide the best care to you. In order to restrict missed appointments, We have implemented a STRICT "NO SHOW / Late Cancellation Policy." In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us by emailing /text at least 24 hours prior to an appointment. This will allow us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client. Anything LESS than 24-hour notice without a courtesy text/ email. Will result in a FULL service fee applied. Thank you for letting us better serve you. *DEPOSIT ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND IS REQUIRED *NO SHOW FEE 100% of service cost. *LATE CANCELLATION FEE 50% of service cost. Nonpayment will result in court fees as well as fees in the above-mentioned statement.
